Steps of the adoption process
You’ve decided to adopt one of the Maltipoos available for adoption or one to be born soon, here’s what to do.
Step 1
Contact us at +33 6 50 97 06 07 to check if the puppy you’ve chosen is available.
We need to make sure there is not already a reservation pending confirmation for this puppy.
Step 2
We’ll discuss about your lifestyle to make sure this puppy is a good match for your family.
If the adoption is possible, the reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of your 1st deposit.
Step 3
E-mail us your full details so that we can send you the contract, upon receipt of the 1st deposit.
The signed contract must be sent back as soon as possible.
Your puppy journey
Puppies will be transported by car or plane anywhere in the world and will always be accompanied. Your puppy can be retrieved at the airport or delivered at your place directly.
We take care of all bookings, as well as transportation formalities and documents.
All fees related to the transportation and delivery of your puppy are at your charge. They must be paid when your puppy is 12-week old or 15 days before departure at the latest, to enable us to make the necessary bookings and formalities in the best conditions.
In some countries, especially outside Europe, import documents, custom clearance documents or other special documents fees may be required for pets importation. We will guide you in this process and will inform you about the current fees.

Payment terms
The step-by-step process is here to guarantee the good execution of each and every adoption.
Payment terms are set to optimise adoption and delivery deadlines.
Puppies are delivered with all required documents and vaccines, in accordance to France and Monaco laws.
Transportation formalities and fees to destination are at the buyer’s charge and included in the travel expenses.
We will guide you through the destination country specific requirements. Additional customs formalities and vaccines will be done and paid for by the buyer to the local Authorities.
First deposit
A 500 € deposit is required to reserve an unborn puppy. If the puppy doesn’t meet your expectations when born, this deposit will be transferred to another litter with no limitation in time.
Intermediate deposit
When the puppy is born, the deposit to reserve it irrevocably will depend on its price:
– If the price is less than 5000 €, the deposit will be 1500 €
– Between 5001 and 7000 €, the deposit will be 2000 €
– If the price is above 7000 €, the deposit will be 3000 €
Payment of the balance and expenses
Payment of the balance and of all expenses must be made when the puppy is 12-week old and at the latest 15 days before its departure date.
NB : No puppy reservation without deposit. No puppy will leave until full payment of all fees and expenses is received.
